The well-kept, friendly holiday home has 3 very nice bedrooms (including a very large, great master room with ensuite bathroom and wonderful views), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Very large living room with comfortable sofas, large dining table, large TV. Exit from the living room to the large terrace. Comfortable and very well-equipped kitchen, BBQ on the terrace. A spiral staircase takes you to the cool roof-top pool: great roof terrace with a 13×5 m pool. From up there you can enjoy a 360° view with an “Aperçu mer”, Alpes Maritimes, the Esterel Mountains and Saint Paul de Vence, a romantic artist town and of course a great view of the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with citrus trees, figs and lavender , rosemary and much more. , petanque court. Nice BBQ lounge corner. German TV. Sonos. Parking space on private property, there are parking spaces for 2-3 cars. A very nice holiday home for family or friends. Not suitable for very small children or guests with walking difficulties, the spiral staircase to the pool is a bit steep.

We had a very nice week in this house which has a lot of positive characteristics for successful holiday: the location in a nice area and closed to the beautiful old city of Vence, an amazing swimming pool with an amazing view, comfort of the different rooms, large terrace and garden. La villa nous a séduits: elle est très bien équipée et magnifiquement décorée, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La communication avec le Housemanager et le proprietaire a par ailleurs été excellente avant et pendant notre séjour.
