This family-friendly villa is located in a very quiet villa location and on a wonderful property with old olive trees, pine trees and many Mediterranean plants: with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, air conditioning in the bedrooms. A master bedroom with a large double bed and a double bed in the children’s room. On the ground floor there is the open kitchen and living area. Exit to the terraces and the large pool. BBQ. Child-friendly: The owner has children himself and there are lots of toys, trampolines and other sports equipment in the house. The house is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to have a beautiful large pool. You can walk to the nice Provençal town of Valbonne with many restaurants, weekly markets, bars and many pretty shops and galleries. It’s not very far to the sea either / the nearest beach is Antibes-Cannes. Many golf courses nearby. Parking for 2 cars.
