HIGHLY EQUIPPED VILLA «VINCENT» IN MOUGINS Do you dream of strolling through Cannes during the International Film Festival and being close to the big film stars, but still staying a little away from the hustle and bustle? Then the elegant and modernly furnished villa “VINCENT” in Mougins is the ideal holiday home for you! Up to six people can find plenty of relaxation here on around 160 square meters of living space in an exclusive, private location near the glamorous Mediterranean town of Cannes. From the Middle Ages to the early 19th century, Cannes on the Côte d’Azur was a simple fishing village. It was only when French and foreign nobles built the first holiday homes in the area that it gradually acquired the sophisticated character that characterizes the city to this day. Since 1946, the meeting place of the rich and famous has been the venue for one of the world’s most important film festivals, the Cannes International Film Festival. Year after year, the biggest film stars and other celebrities come here for around two weeks to attend the awards ceremony. If you would also like to spend a luxurious holiday in the region for the next Festival de Cannes, we would be happy to welcome you to our beautiful, bright and sophisticatedly furnished villa in a top private location in Mougins. From here it is not very far to Cannes and the festival and you are well connected to explore the breathtaking area. Luxurious villa in Mougins – perfect for guests with sophisticated tastes The stylishly furnished and extensively renovated luxury villa has three comfortable bedrooms with double beds as well as two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The luxurious living area with a chic fireplace and direct connection to the terrace and the spacious garden is on the same level as the excellently equipped kitchen, from which you also have direct access to another terrace with a large dining table. In total, the villa “VINCENT” in Mougins has three different dining areas for at least six people each: on the east side of the garden, where it is wonderfully sunny in the morning and pleasantly shady in the evening under a plane tree, and on the terrace on the southwest side with a retractable awning as well as in the house itself. Enjoy your meals with a great panoramic view of the medieval town of Mougins, olive trees, cypresses and the Esterel mountains! In the large garden, your own pool (12.5 x 5.5 m) invites you to take a long swim. There are of course comfortable garden loungers and plenty of parasols – ideal for completely relaxing.

Unser erster Aufenthalt zur Messe war ein voller Erfolg. Das Haus ist sehr schön und wir konnten abends so richtig ut entspannen. Zimmer sind schön und Komfortabel, Bäder auch. Alles perfekt.

Aus dem Gästebuch 2021: Wir durften die ersten Mieter in der als elegant angepriesenen Villa St. Vincent sein und was sollen wir sagen: elegant trifft es allemal! Wenn man durch das Tor fährt und der Kies unter den Reifen knirscht, erahnt man bereits, wie wunderschön Haus und Grundstück sind. Die Eigentümer haben einen traumhaften, sehr gepflegten Garten angelegt, in dem die üppige Bepflanzung eine wahre Freude ist. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und mit vielen Liegen und Schirmen bestückt. Der weite Blick lässt es einem nicht langweilig werden, selbst wenn man sich den ganzen Tag dort aufhält. Es gibt verschiedene klug verteilte Sitzmöglichkeiten, man findet also immer ein Schattenplätzchen. Das Haus hat eine ganz besondere – eben elegante – Ausstrahlung.Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer sind farblich abgestimmt eingerichtet, sodass man sich vorkommt, als verbrächte man seinen Urlaub in einem fünf-Sterne Hotel. Die Domaine, in dem das Anwesen gelegen ist, kann man zu Fuß erkunden. Oberhalb befindet sich ein bewaldeter Kanal, den man wunderbar als Joggingstrecke oder als Spazierweg nutzen kann. Wir erinnern uns besonders gerne an die Abendstimmung an diesem Ort. Es gibt sicherlich nicht viel Schöneres, als von der Terrasse bei einem Glas Rosé den Sonnenuntergang zu verfolgen.
