Beautiful holiday home close to the village of La Gaude (known, among other things, for its sensational Jazz Festival), close to Vence and close to Nice. The pretty holiday home, discreetly built on one side, is in a very quiet location and has a wonderful view of the mountains. It has 4 pretty bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large comfortable living-dining area and an open, very well-equipped kitchen-living room. In front of it there is a terrace with a large dining table and a view of the garden and pool. Lounge corner on the covered terrace. Large gas BBQ. The pool is about 9×4 meters, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. Table tennis table, trampoline in the garden – easy for kids to play. Parking is comfortable in front of the house. A very nice house for the whole family. Ideal for relaxing, a great starting point for quickly hiking in the beautiful hinterland of the Alpes Maritimes. It is approx. 14 km to the sea, 15 km to Nice airport and 8 km to Vence.
