Large dining table inside and outside. Very high quality garden furniture. Cosy living room with large TV. The house is fully air-conditioned. From all levels you have a fantastic view of the sea and the bay and the offshore islands of Cannes, even from the bed in the master bedroom the sea view is a dream! The garden is lovingly landscaped with olive trees, orange trees, vines, palm trees and many Mediterranean plants. Parking very comfortable for 3-4 cars. Electric gate. The house is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, close to Cannes and the festival and are looking for a modern and high-quality, chic, well-kept ambience. Also ideal if you need or want to work – house has very good internet and has an office/home office.

Wir waren, wie immer, mit der Empfehlung sehr zufrieden liebe Frau Andres. Auch dieses Haus war wieder ein Traum.
Unsere erster Urlaub im Oktober in Südfrankreich und wir konnten uns perfekt erholen. Besonders betonen muss man diesen atemberaubenden Blick, während man morgens seinen Café auf der Terrasse nimmt oder wenn man morgens die Fensterläden vom Schlafzimmer öffnet.

Wir, zwei Paare, waren Ende September in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Kompliment an den Eigentümer – alles tipp-topp! Wir haben die Villa Pinson über Maison Azur im Juni 2019 gemietet.
Die Abwicklung mit Frau Andres war perfekt.
Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und modern eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Ein wunderbarer Pool, schöner Garten und eine tolle Aussicht.

Wir waren die ersten Mieter in 2018, alles war gerade fertig. Wirklich wunderschön und schick. Der große Pool ist traumhaft und der Blick von der großen Terrasse einfach nur top – Tag und Nacht! Wir waren mit 2 Paaren da – ideal gelegen, sehr komfortabel auch für unsere tiefer gelegten Cabrios zu parken auf dem gesicherten Grundstück. Gut ausgestattete Küche übrigens und wir liebten den großen BBQ auch auf der Terrasse. So muss Urlaub sein. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön angelegt. Für uns absolut perfektes Haus. Bis zum nächsten Mal!
